When it comes to architecture and historical buildings in Pennsylvania, there are countless examples. The most prominent are the Hampton Place House and the Adler Museum. The former is home to the first United States President, George Washington, while the latter is a nineteenth century Gothic mansion, which is one of the best-known examples of Gothic architecture in the country. Other notable examples include the Valley Forge House, the Wissenschiffahrt-Alburne House, and the Brecker Gallery. While the nature and history museums in Levittown are amongst the finest in the region, the arts and crafts scene in the town are nothing short of extraordinary. The Levittown Art Association and the Levittown Amateur Artists’ Center are just two of the organizations supporting this thriving art community.
